Beacon Business Account Offer Agreement
This Beacon Business Incentive Terms (“Agreement”) is between you (the business customer) and MyBeacon Services Inc. (“Beacon”, “we”, “us”), and applies to any promotional incentives offered in connection with the Beacon Business Account (“BBA”).
This Agreement forms part of Beacon’s general Terms of Use and sets out the terms governing eligibility for incentives. By participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- “Beacon Business Account (BBA)”
Means the business account and related payment services offered by Beacon. - “Incentive”
Means the promotional benefit offered by Beacon, including fee waivers or cashback. - “Eligibility Criteria”
Means the conditions required to receive the Incentive, as outlined below or communicated by Beacon.
2. Launch Offer
Eligible customers may receive:
- $0 setup fee (standard setup fee of $100 waived), and
- $200 cashback upon meeting the Eligibility Criteria.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the $200 cashback:
- You must successfully open a Beacon Business Account.
- You must complete a minimum of CAD $10,000 in cumulative payments within 45 days of account opening.
- Eligible payments must:
- Be CAD to INR transfers
- Be successfully completed transactions (not pending, failed, reversed, or refunded)
- The $10,000 threshold:
- Can be met across multiple transactions
- Does not need to be a single transfer
4. Incentive Payment
- The cashback will be credited to your Beacon Business Account within 30 business days after the Eligibility Criteria is met.
- If your account is closed or suspended before the Incentive is credited, the Incentive will be forfeited.
5. Exclusions
The following do not count toward the $10,000 requirement:
- Failed, reversed, refunded, or cancelled transactions
- Fees, charges, or non-transfer transactions
- Transactions that violate Beacon’s Terms of Use or applicable regulations
Beacon reserves the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies.
6. Compliance & Verification
- You must comply with all applicable laws and Beacon’s Terms of Use.
- Beacon may request supporting information to verify transactions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in disqualification.
7. Fraud & Misuse
Beacon may withhold or reverse the Incentive if:
- Fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected
- Transactions are not genuine business payments
- There is any attempt to artificially meet the Eligibility Criteria
Beacon reserves the right to recover any Incentive paid in such cases.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the Incentive.
9. Changes & Withdrawal
- Beacon may modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any Incentive already earned prior to withdrawal will be honored.
10. General
- This offer is non-transferable and available only to eligible business customers.
- The Incentive cannot be exchanged for cash outside the platform.
- Beacon’s decisions regarding eligibility and payouts are final.
